Suzie is one of our wonderful dental assistants.  She graduated as a Level ll in 2012.  Being Spanish, Suzie is able to speak to our Spanish-speaking patients, putting them at ease.  She has also taught us all to love Spanish food and salsa dancing and music.  Suzie decided on a career in dentistry because she truly enjoys helping people and she has such a calming way about her that makes everyone comfortable.

Suzie has two sons, Nicholas and Mattias, and along with her boyfriend, Jamie, they love going out for dinner and to movies but when she gets some quiet time, Suzie loves working out and reading.

Karol is our part-time dental assistant. She usually rushes in at 1:30 to help us out for the afternoon shift.  Karol is always eager to help our patients with whatever they need and makes sure they are comfortable.  She emigrated to Canada from Columbia in 2007 and lives with her parents and her big brother.  She became a Certified Dental Assistant because of her love of working with people and she makes our assisting team complete.  Karol is a workaholic and you’ll see her helping everyone everywhere throughout the office.  Karol loves to draw and listen to music on her time off but her favourite thing to do is travel and cook Spanish food.

Claudia has been with Bronte Village Dental since 1991, creating and maintaining wonderful relationships with her patients while taking care of their oral hygiene needs.  Claudia was born in Germany, went to school in the States, graduating from State University in New York with an associate degree in dental hygiene.  Claudia is very committed to staying current; she attends continuing education on a regular basis and is the recipient of the Hu Friedy Scaler Award for best clinical achievement.  Claudia lives with her hubby and three children here in Oakville and in her spare time she is involved in several different types of fitness and loves singing.  She sings with a variety of community groups.

Kellie just joined our team in 2019 and fit right in like she’s been here for years. She is a natural leader and a lover of continuing education.  Kellie started her career as a hygienist in 2012 after graduating from Medix in Kitchener and you can tell she loves what she does.   Kellie met Andrew, the love of her life, in 2008, married him in 2016 and had red-headed Harrison in 2018.  When not working, Kellie keeps busy with Harrison, Andrew and Winston, their German Sheppard Husky.  In April 2020, Harrison will become a big brother and we’re placing bets on the whether it’ll be a baby sister or brother.

Alyssa, (pronounced Aleesha) has a super friendly smile and outgoing personality that will immediately win you over.  She is a great addition to our dental assisting team and has been an assistant for more than 10 years.  Alyssa graduated from Everest College with her Certified Dental Assistant, Level ll and she will happily answer any of your dental questions.

Alyssa has a miniature daschund named Cocoa and loves spending her free time with her mom, sister and Cocoa. She is a lover of the great outdoors and enjoys hiking and travelling and trying new foods.

Edyta came to work at Bronte Village Dental in March 2018, bringing with her a long history of reception in dentistry. Edyta emigrated to Canada, from Poland, in 1991 when she was still in high school. After high school, she graduated from Sheridan College with a diploma in Computer Programming. While working in the computer field, Edyta’s dentist asked if she could help him out for a few months. She decided to take the challenge and hasn’t looked back since. When you come in, you’ll easily recognize Edyta by her light blond hair and her unique style!

Edyta lives with her son, Zach, who is studying art at University of Toronto, and is very gifted. Edyta and Zach enjoy spending time together and playing with Chi Chi, their cat.

Nicky is one of the newest, and yet longest, members of our reception team.  Nicky is currently in the process of attaining her degree in Public Relations and Global Communications at Ryerson but has decided to take a two-year hiatus, so we took full advantage and put her to work.  She officially joined our team in April 2018 but since she is Dr. Sarafov’s daughter, she’s actually been attending our office, helping here and there, since she was eight years old. You’ll know it’s Nicky’s welcoming voice when you call because her enthusiasm and energy are quickly apparent.  When not at work, Nicky loves spending time with her long-time boyfriend Michael and her two cats, Sophie and Winston
